Well, shoot! I went and posted most of my juice recipes from my 10-day juice fast yesterday. And here it is Monday recipe day. Huh.Well, I still have one more favorite juice recipe up my sleeve. This is a great afternoon pick-me-up. I threw this together one day and it was super refreshing.

That's it! See how easy juicing can be. If you want a tart juice, use granny smith apples. Any other apple will produce a sweeter juice.One more day to go for me on my juice fast! Yippee!
