Ep 102: How Do You Define Clutter?
What is clutter? It seems like a simple question, but it’s a question I hear often which means that it’s not as straight forward as it seems.
Sometimes people really don't know what stuff to classify as clutter. They think that anything that’s above the basic necessities is considered clutter (and that might be true if you are a hard-core minimalist, which I am not).
Other times, someone might be looking for an excuse to keep something or a reason to get rid of something. When you are in this state of being unsure about clutter, a definition or a rule can help you make that decision and feel good about it.
So it's no wonder that this question and the desire for a definition on clutter keeps coming up.
If you’ve ever wondered what clutter really is or if you can have stuff as a minimalist, this episode will help you figure it out.
This episode of the Wannabe Minimalist Show will also help you discover:
The factual definition of clutter and why it’s not enough
Why physical clutter is not the only issue
