Ep 81: Can Colors Really Help You Look Fab? with Jeannie Stith
Do you love color in your wardrobe? If so, do you ever wonder if choosing different colors would look better on you? Or maybe you struggle with getting all of your colors to coordinate and look good together instead of feeling like you're drowning in a sea of mismatched rainbows.
My guest this week on the Wannabe Minimalist Podcast is a color expert that helps women find their best colors based on their skin, hair, and eye color so I invited her on to help us decipher this world of color.
To be honest, I'm a sucker for a capsule wardrobe, but have never been comfortable with much color.
Jeannie Stith is on a mission to help those of us who are lost when it comes to color. She is the founder and CEO of Color Guru, where she matches people to their ideal color palette for clothing so that they can look better, simplify clothes shopping, and create a coordinated wardrobe through her signature color cards.
Jeannie's a mother of two girls and lives in Arden, Delaware. When she’s not analyzing her client's photos, you can find her hopping on rocks in the creek with her daughters, salsa dancing, or watering her current collection of 55 house plants.
Our discussions starts with looking at how Jeannie became interested in colors in the first place and we tackle what's involved with finding the colors that will work best for you. I also press her when it comes to what you should do when you don't like the colors that have been suggested for you in the past.
This episode of the Wannabe Minimalist Show will also help you discover:
