Ep 180: Cultivating Gratitude, Rewiring Your Brain, and Finding Happiness

If you are looking to add more happiness in your life, start with gratitude.

Practicing gratitude can be a game-changer. It’s more than just feeling better, begin grateful can improve our mental health and boost our relationships with others. When you ask most people what they want in life (or what they want for their kids), the response is likely happiness.

Well you can short cut your way to more happiness with gratitude!

Living your life with an attitude of gratitude helps you notice the little wins—like your kids getting their shoes on without a fight, a stranger holding the door for you, or your morning cup of coffee. These small moments form a net of well-being that, when noticed over time, strengthen your ability to see the good and abundance already present in your life.

Building your capacity for gratitude isn’t difficult. It just takes practice. The more you can bring your attention to that which you feel grateful for, the more you’ll notice and add to your list of things to be grateful for! It’s a good self-fulfilling prophecy.

And don't forget to download the accompanying pdf this week that will help you craft your Grateful 100 and get you started on your gratitude practice.
